个人简介
博士,教授,博导。以非人灵长类(包括树鼩)为主要研究对象,建立基因工程实验动物创制平台,研制人类疾病动物模型,探讨疾病的发生、发展、转归的分子机理和精准治疗的新策略。在国内创建和提升了恒河猴和食蟹猴辅助生殖技术体系,研究报道了中国首例试管猴和多种基因修饰猴,在树鼩的胚胎工程及辅助生殖技术方面研究也处于国际先进水平。在Nature、Cell Research、Nature Communications、Protein & Cell、Human Reproduction、Biology of Reproduction、Theriogenology、Cloning and Stem cell等杂志上发表论文70多篇,其中SCI论文40余篇。出版专著3部,授权专利3项。获得省级自然科技二等奖1项。
