我们发现了蔗糖转运蛋白(SUT)的互作蛋白细胞色素b5调节细胞内外蔗糖的跨膜转运,这是第一个与SUT家族相关联的信号组分(http://f1000biology.com/article/id/1162902),国际著名生物学论文在线评价机构“Faculty of 1000 Biology ”曾给予了6.0分的高分评价。
此外,我们在湛江、广州、惠州、云浮等地建立了黄梁木种质资源保存库,保存黄梁木种源13个,家系80个,无性系100余个。完成了黄梁木基因组测序,建立了黄梁木组培快繁技术体系和遗传转化体系,构建了天然活性产物卡丹宾的生物合成路径。通过全基因组选择、分子标记辅助育种等技术构建核心育种群体,为系统深入研究黄梁木遗传变异规律和挖掘优异种质资源奠定了坚实的基础。
