个人简介
李向梅,女,中国农业大学基础兽医学博士,现任华南农业大学食品学院食品科学系系主任,副教授,硕士生导师,主要研究方向包括:1)食品中农药、兽药、真菌毒素、重金属、非法添加物等危害因子的快速检测新技术研究;2)新型纳米材料的合成与应用;3)兽医药物代谢动力学研究。近年来以第一或通讯作者在Anal Chem、Biosens Bioelectron, J Agr Food Chem, Food Chem, Food Control, Anal Chim Acta等国内外TOP期刊发表高水平SCI论文40多篇;以第一发明人授权专利5件,转化专利2件;主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年基金、十四五揭榜挂帅子课题、十三五国家重点研发计划子课题等16项课题;主持校级思政课程1项;参与食品快速检测方法、团体标准制定2项;参编十四五教材一本;efood和《现代食品科技》编委,Foods客座编辑;主讲本科生课程5门,年平均授课>100学时;指导省级或校级大创项目2项。

所在的研究团队主要依托广东省食品质量安全重点实验室、畜禽产品精准加工与安全控制国家地方联合工程中心、农业部农产品贮藏保鲜质量安全风险评估实验室(广州)、中央与地方共建食品质量安全基础实验室、华南农业大学食品质量安全研究所等研究平台。研究团队是由“国家万人计划领军人才”、“国家优青”、“广东省珠江学者特聘教授”、“广东特支计划领军人才”及“广东省杰青”等人才组成。团队一直致力于食品安全、食品营养与品质、功能因子作用机制等方面研究,先后承担国家973、十四五、十三五重点研发计划、国家重点基金、广东省自然科学基金团队项目等国家级、省部级科研项目80余项,已发表SCI论文500余篇,获授权专利100余项,获省部级以上奖励共16项(其中国家科技进步奖二等奖1项、国家教学成果奖二等奖1项,教育部科学技术奖一等奖1项和广东省科学技术奖一等奖2项)。
