(2)利用微生物组学破解猪消化道微生物影响经济表型的奥秘。采用宏基因组测序及16S rRNA扩增子技术,鉴别影响猪重要经济性状或复杂遗传疾病性状的消化道微生物,综合小鼠诱导模型及无菌小鼠粪菌移植技术,对关键微生物开展下游功能研究,从分子层面解析微生物影响猪重要经济性状的遗传机理。
