个人简介
本人2000年获华中农业大学农学博士学位后,于2001-2016年间在新加坡开展植物病害研究,先后任职于分子与细胞生物学研究院(IMCB)、基因组研究院(GIS)及淡马锡生命科学研究院(TLL)等研究院,专注病原微生物与作物互作机制研究。2017年入职华南农业大学群体微生物研究中心、植物保护学院,任副教授,组建植物微生物互作及绿色防控创新实验室。

核心研究方向为:
1. 柑橘毁灭性病害(黄龙病、溃疡病)致病机理解析
• 黄龙病菌(Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus)效应蛋白功能研究;
• 溃疡病菌(Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri)c-di-GMP信号传导及其调控机制。
2. 新型绿色防控技术开发
• 基于结构生物学的靶向抑制剂设计;
• 植物免疫诱抗剂高通量筛选体系。
      团队创新成果形成"基础研究-技术开发-田间应用"完整链条,近五年在Molecular Plant Pathology、Journal of Biological Chemistry 和Phytopathology Research等国际有影响力的期刊上发表论文十余篇,研发的1项柑橘病害快速检测技术及2种溃疡病菌生物防治菌剂已获国家发明专利授权。

教学活动
教学课程:主讲本科生课程《病原微生物及其防控》,参讲本科生课程《环境保护与食品安全》、《低碳生活与绿色文明》和《微生物信号通讯与应用》,参讲研究生课程《高级植物病原细菌学》。

现已指导毕业硕士生8名,在校硕士生8名;毕业本科生9名,在校本科生7名,获得大学生创新创业训练计划项目校级1项、院级2项。
