冯敏,男,侗族,1988年1月生,湖南洪江市人,中共党员,博士研究生学历,副研究员,硕导。

个人简介
冯敏,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2011年在西北民族大学获得动物科学专业学士学位, 2014年在华南农业大学获得动物传染病专业的硕士学位,2017年在华南农业大学获得动物遗传育种与繁殖专业的博士学位。2017年8月进入华南农业大学生物学博士后工作站从事师资博士后工作,于2019年1月晋升副研究员。2019年3月-2020年5月,赴希腊国家科学研究中心从事昆虫病毒学研究。2020年8月以高层次引进人才身份入职华南农业大学动物科学学院动物科学学院。
    主要从事抗病毒天然免疫,病毒与宿主互作研究。承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、广东省自然科学基金面上项目等项目8项。以第一作者和通讯作者在PLoS Pathogens 、Journal of Immunology、Journal of Innate Immunity 、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Insect science、Veterinary Research等权威期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。

研究领域
(1)杆状病毒、逆转录病毒与宿主互作:通过单细胞测序等多组学以及分子实验验证,揭示病毒与宿主相互作用机理;
(2)抗病毒天然免疫:干扰素刺激基因抗病毒作用机理,以及病毒诱导干扰素刺激基因产生的分子机制;
(3)杆状病毒载体和生物反应器:利用杆状病毒表达系统研发畜禽用生物制品。

我的团队
所在团队隶属广东省农业动物基因组学与分子育种重点实验室,以孙京臣教授为PI,主要研究方向为以冷冻电镜、单细胞测序等先进技术揭示病毒与宿主互作机制。团队与加州大学、希腊国家科学研究中心、格鲁吉亚农业大学等国外单位保持长期合作交流。
