个人简介
柳春红,教授,博士研究生导师。曾在武汉市疾病预防控制中心工作,是武汉地区卫生系统第一批百名学科带头人培养对象、慢性病预防控制重点学科骨干成员,华中科技大学同济医学院兼职硕士生导师、武汉市十届政协委员。期间,主要从事青少年营养及健康促进研究工作、食品卫生监督管理工作。1998年、2004年两次去美国南加洲大学接受营养专业及多元统计技术培训。进入华南农业大学以后,主要从事食品安全及营养领域的研究及教学工作,研究重点包括食品化学污染物风险评估、行为毒理、营养与毒性干预,主持项目包括国家自然科学基金、“十四五”国家重点研发计划课题、“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题、农业农村部农产品质量安全监管专项、广东省自然科学基金、广东省科技计划等多项,先后在国内外期刊杂志上发表学术论文130余篇。
