个人简介
连启超博士,华南农业大学教授,博士生导师,课题组组长/PI,国家级青年人才项目获得者,德国马普学会伙伴研究组组长,洪堡学者。2019年7月,于复旦大学获得生物信息学博士学位;2019年9月至2024年12月,在德国马克斯普朗克植物育种研究所从事博士后研究;2025年1月入职华南农业大学生命科学学院任教授。主要研究领域为生物信息学、计算基因组学与遗传学、基因组变异和减数分裂重组多态性等。近年来,以第一作者(含共同)在Nature Genetics, Nature Communications (3篇), Molecular Plant, Nucleic Acids Research等期刊上发表论文,以主要作者在Nature Plants, Nature Communications, Genome Biology, PNAS等期刊上发表论文。
研究领域
整合利用生物信息学、计算基因组学与遗传学、演化发育生物学以及高通量多维组学等技术手段,以作物大豆和模式植物拟南芥等为材料,系统探究基因组变异、减数分裂重组多态性及剖析大豆高产优质性状和环境适应性的遗传基础,为优良品种遗传改良、创制和基因组辅助设计育种提供理论基础和指导。
