个人简介
华南农业大学园艺学院采后系教师,主讲本科生课程园艺产品贮运学,园艺产品包装学,物流管理;研究生课程园艺产品采后生理与贮运技术研究进展。主要从事果蔬品质形成和维持的生物学基础研究。开展了果蔬采后过程中的泛素化等蛋白质修饰研究,解析了转录因子及其翻译后修饰在果蔬采后生物与非生物胁迫应答和成熟与品质形成中的作用机制。近年来以第一或通讯作者身份在Journal of Pineal Research、Plant Physiology、Journal of Experimental Botany、Plant Cell and Environment、Molecular Plant Pathology、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等杂志发表SCI论文10余篇。
