个人简介
华南农业大学植物病理学/微生物学,研究员,博士生导师,广东省珠江人才计划第四届“群体微生物基础理论与前沿技术创新团队” 核心成员。2011年在浙江大学获博士学位,2011-2014年新加坡新科局分子细胞生物研究院博士后研究,2014年起在华南农业大学任教。主要围绕甘蔗、玉米、柑橘、蔬菜等重要作物的黑粉病、溃疡病、枯萎病、软腐病等开展研究。先后主持973项目子课题、国家重点研发项目子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广东省科技计划项目等十几项;以第一作者或通讯作者在PNAS, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Journal of Genetics and Genomics, Journal of Agricultural Food and Chemistry, Molecular Plant Pathology, Environmental Microbiology等期刊发表论文多篇;以第一发明人获国家发明专利授权十余项。

研究领域
实验室致力于甘蔗、玉米、水稻、柑橘、蔬菜等重要作物的黑粉病、溃疡病、枯萎病、软腐病等研究,主要围绕:1)鉴定病原微生物种类; 2)解析病原菌的侵染致病机制;3)挖掘寄主植物的关键抗病基因;4)挖掘具有生物防治潜力的微生物资源;5)研发绿色防控新技术等。
