个人简介
美国弗吉尼亚理工大学(Virginia Tech)园艺学博士;亚热带农业生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室、农业部华南地区园艺作物生物学与种质创制重点实验室学术骨干。2016年6月回国到华南农业大学园艺学院工作。一直致力于园艺学果树方向的学习和研究,在植物miRNA和phasiRNA的生物合成机制及其调控研究领域取得了国际领先的研究成果。现已在Molecular Biology and Evolution, The Plant Cell,Genome Biology和Plant Physiology 等学术刊物发表SCI论文20多篇,总SCI影响因子超过100,累积引用将近1000余次,最高单篇引用>200次。

研究领域
本实验室旨在以园艺植物,尤其是果树为研究对象,以分子生物学,比较基因组学和表观遗传学为基础,结合生物信息学和最新的第二代和第三代测序技术,主要研究南方特色园艺植物基因组以及小分子RNA在主要经济性状形成过程中的代谢调控途径和生物学功能。具体介绍请参考XIALAB课题组网站http://xialab.scau.edu.cn
