2021年，有机水稻、禾虫种养结合模式推广获广东省农业技术推广奖二等奖，排名第7；
2010年度“重大入侵害虫红火蚁种群控制基础理论及关键技术创新与应用”获得广东省科学技术奖一等奖（B01-1-1-01）排名第15；
曾玲,陆永跃,何晓芳,张维球,梁广文, “入侵中国大陆的红火蚁的鉴定及发生为害调查” 获第四届中国科协期刊优秀学术论文奖和2005年《昆虫知识》优秀论文奖。
何晓芳参编《红火蚁监测与防治》获广东省科普作品创作大赛三等奖。
