雷红涛,博士,二级教授,博士生导师,现任华南农业大学食品学院院长,入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划(“万人计划”)中青年创新领军人才、国家创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才、“广东特支计划”科技创新领军人才。兼任教育部高等学校食品科学与工程类专业教学指导委员会副主任委员,中国农业工程学会农产品加工与贮藏工程专业委员会副理事长,Wiley刊物Food Safety and Health共同主编,Chemical and Biological Technologies in Agriculture (JCR Q1)副主编,Foods (JCR Q1)编委、客座主编,Food and Agricultural Immunology (JCR Q2)、中国食品学报、食品科学、食品与发酵工业、食品工业科技、食品安全检测学报、食品与生物技术学报等刊物编委。研究兴趣集中在食品安全、分子识别及其应用,旨在利用食品科学、免疫学、结构生物学、分析化学、毒理学等多种手段,研究食品污染物的生物分析方法、分子识别机制、食品毒理、检测产品研制等,为保障食品安全提供科技支撑。主持“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、行业公益(农业)项目、广东省自然科学基金团队项目等多项。参与国标制定2项,参与市场监管总局快速检测方法制定4项,主持团体标准制定2项。主编国家规划教材1部,译著1部,参编教材5部;第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文六十多篇;授权专利64项;获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)技术发明一等奖(第1)、国家科技进步二等奖(第2)、国家教学成果二等奖(第3)、广东省科学技术一等奖(第2)、中华农业科技二等奖(第2)各1项。
