男,1968年3月生,河南新乡人,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
研究方向:① 成体干细胞(肠道干细胞和骨骼肌卫星细胞);② 蛋白质代谢(氨基酸转运、感应和蛋白质合成);③ 功能性饲料添加剂。
目前主持国家基金面上项目1项,十三五重点研发计划项目子课题2项、广州市国际合作项目1项;先后完成国家基金重点项目, NSFC-广东联合基金重点项目、国家基金面上项目、973项目子课题2项、广东省重大科技专项、广东省国际合作项目、948重点项目课题、动物福利行业专项课题、广东省科技计划项目、广东省教育厅重点项目、广州市科学研究项目等科研课题。2011年以来发表SCI论文近70篇,已授权发明专利6项,在审发明专利7项。建立分子营养实验室,共建“广东省肉鸽产业科技创新中心”和“华农-快大猪营养研究中心”。
围绕呕吐毒素、大肠杆菌耐热肠毒素和温热应激等损伤猪肠道干细胞发育的机制及其营养干预,取得突破性进展,居于国际领先水平。

1990.7-1991.9: 新乡县小冀镇政府,主要从事行政管理、畜牧兽医技术推广工作。
1994.7-2004.8: 河南省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所,2000年单列晋升副研究员。
2006.7- : 华南农业大学动物科学学院动物营养与饲料科学系,2007年晋升研究员。
