张守全 男,博士,华南农业大学教授,博士生导师,国家生猪种业工程技术研究中心副主任,中国畜牧兽医学会动物繁殖学分会副理事长,全国母猪定时输精技术开发与产业化应用协助组副组长,中国农业生物技术学会动物生物技术分会常务理事,广东省现代农业产业体系生猪创新团队育种与繁育岗位专家,广东省养猪协会专家委员会专家等。主要研究方向为动物胚胎工程、种猪繁殖技术、种猪生产管理等。先后主持973项目课题1项,国家自然科学基金3项,其他国家级与省部级项目20余项。发表论文221篇,其中SCI论文31篇,获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省科学技术一等奖2项,省级教学成果一等奖2项,其它省级科技成果奖6项,厅局级8项,获发明专利授权9件,获南粤优秀教师。

卵母细胞体外成熟、精原干细胞、胚胎干细胞和转基因动物;印记基因及其对种猪繁殖性能的影响;现代养猪人工授精技术、批次化生产、公猪受精能力及繁殖障碍克服。
